Located on the 5 th floor of a modern building with elevator, the bright 30m2 apartment is composed of an entree space separated from a large bathroom with tub and a large living space combining cozy sleeping corner with a queen size bed on one side and a very comfortable Smart TV corner with a double sofa bed on the other side. The living room is separated by a fully equipped kitchen (full cooking utensils , mini fridge, microwave, oven, coffee machine, water kettle, spices and cooking basics). In addition, high quality cotton sheets, towels, liquid soap, shampoo and shower gel are also available for guests use

Having recently undergone a complete luxury makeover, the 30m2 suite has been fitted out with a rather impressive concept highlighting the brightness and its exceptional view. It is distinguished by its spacious living room with a large, ultra-comfortable double bed, with a mattress, bed linen, pillows and duvet of the highest quality and a full glass rain shower room in the middle of the living room overlooking the view. You will be bluffed by the view as soon as you arrive at the apartment. On your right a toilet and on your left a modern kitchenette with fully equipped bar with new appliances and Nespresso coffee machine. Personal towels for each customer as well top quality shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, liquid soap, and moisturizing lotion are available . The apartment also has fibre optic internet, and a SmartTV with Netflix.

The access to the building and the apartment are handicap friendly.

A concierge service is at your disposal, as well as a variety of exclusive experiences.

Photographs and filming for professional or commercial purposes are strictly prohibited without prior signed agreements.

Pets allowed on a case by case basis, must be approved in writing on the booking platform, and we charge a $100 pet fee per animal Our home is nestled in a residential building. There are quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am. This is strictly enforced by us as hosts and by the city of Paris.
