Our unique duplex apartment comfortably welcomes up to 4 guests. It is ideally located on the 7th and top floor of Martel de Janville private residence (with elevator) offering access to a shared pool, a tennis court and free parking on premises.
The first floor of the apartment features a spacious bathroom with a toilet and washing machine, a colourfully decorated living room with a double convertible sofa and fully equipped kitchenette, and a separate double bedroom, both with views of Mont Blanc and most importantly a lovely terrace with a dining area and barbecue.
The stairs lead to the second-floor 40 m2 private rooftop terrace, offering stunning views of the Mont Blanc mountain range, serene nature, forests, and wilderness. It is furnished with ski lift seating, a hammock, and a fireplace for an immersive experience amidst the mountains.
